The Committee on Government Organization moves to amend the bill on page five, section 15, line 23,

By striking out paragraph (F) in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof a new paragraph (F) to read as follows:

“(F) Four representatives from PSAP’s, appointed by the Governor with the advice and consent of the Senate from a list of 12 names selected by the County Commission Association of West Virginia;”

And;

On page six, section 15, line 25, by striking out paragraph (G) in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof a new paragraph (G) to read as follows:

“(G) Four county government representatives, familiar with county purchasing and finances, appointed by the Governor with the advice and consent of the Senate from a list of 12 names selected by the County Commission Association of West Virginia;”
